• 100% Full Refund: If you cancel your request before our technician departs for your location, we will issue a full refund of your $169.99 fee immediately.

• Partial Refund ($100.00): If you cancel while our technician is in-transit to your home, a $69.99 Dispatch & Admin fee is retained to cover fuel and scheduling costs. The remaining $100.00 will be refunded.

• No Refund: Once our technician arrives on-site or begins the 21-point diagnostic, the $169.99 Triage Fee is considered fully earned for the professional assessment and travel provided.
